How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in Trinity Academy. For the first round of admissions consideration, Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten applications must be submitted by Friday, February 5th, and 1st through 10th grade applications must be submitted by Friday, February 12th. Rolling admissions will resume on March 8th. Please see the specifics and requirements for applying to the following grades, below:

TK – Children applying to Transitional Kindergarten must be four years old by August 15th. TK is intended to be a transition into Kindergarten for children who do not meet the birthday cut-off for Kindergarten or who developmentally need more time before Kindergarten. The average age for a student entering our TK program is between 4 ½ and 5 years old on the first day of school.

K – Children applying to Kindergarten must be five by August 15th.

  • Email the child’s current teacher a recommendation form (done within the application)
  • Submit your child’s birth certificate and immunization records
  • Sign-up for an assessment*
    *NOTE about the Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten Assessment: We are hopeful to be able to welcome the children to visit in person in January 2021. You will be notified if it is an in-person assessment or a virtual one.
  • Apply using this online application link
  • Email the child’s current teacher a recommendation form (done within the application)
  • Submit your child’s birth certificate and immunization records
  • Schedule a student assessment (you will be contacted after application is submitted)
  • Apply using this online application link
  • Send three email recommendation forms, from the online application, to your child’s current
    1) Math teacher
    2) English teacher, and
    3) either the Principal or Guidance Counselor
  • Submit the completed Middle School Applicant Questionnaire
  • Submit your child’s birth certificate and immunization records
  • Schedule a student interview and assessment (you will be contacted after the application is submitted)
  • Parent Meeting with Head of School (to be scheduled in January 2021)
  • Apply using this online application link
  • Send three email recommendation forms, from the online application, to your child’s current
    1) Math teacher
    2) English teacher, and
    3) either the Principal or Guidance Counselor
  • Submit the completed High School Applicant Questionnaire
  • Submit your child’s birth certificate and immunization records
  • Schedule a student interview and assessment (you will be contacted after the application is submitted)

If you would like to apply to Trinity as a Junior or Senior, please contact the Admissions office (chuffstutler@trinityacademy.com) to discuss this prior to filling out an application. Given our unique requirements for graduation, it is rare that a student will be able to enroll as an 11th or 12th grader.
