Jim Ranieri has worn several hats during his time with Trinity Academy. Jim was hired in 2011 when he started Camp Trinity, the school’s extended learning and summer camp programming. He moved into a development role for a time before ultimately finding his niche as a member of the upper school faculty. Jim teaches New Testament, Old Testament, Biblical Worldview, Comparative Religions, and Logic. In addition to his class responsibilities, Jim is the Director of Discipleship where he coordinates chapels for the Upper School as well as writes and teaches the Character Education curriculum for the middle grades boys. He attended Campbell University where he studied communication, philosophy and religion. Jim has recently begun working on his graduate studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary working towards a Master of Arts in Christian Thought. He is married to Meghan and they have 3 Children: Jack (5) Mary Claire, (3) and Joy (8 Months). Jim is also a Trinity parent, Jack is part of the class of 2029. Jim enjoys coaching baseball, talking over coffee, spending time with his family, and leading at his church, Vintage Church Midtown, as the Director of Kids and Families.
