Engaging New Perspectives
Trinity’s Theatre Arts program is designed to equip students with the tools needed to tell a story excellently and confidently, both on stage and behind the scenes. It is a space to explore various acting methods with constructive criticism and loud applause, to discover a new passion for scenic design or stage management, and to grow as practitioners of true, good and beautiful storytelling.

Middle School Theatre Arts
All middle school students are introduced to the Theatre Arts through yearly electives that highlight aspects of the art form like improvisation, theatre around the world, shadow puppetry, musical theatre, and scriptwriting. The 8th grade Theatre Arts class culminates in a public performance of one-act plays, allowing students to experience preparation for a theatrical production both as actors and members of various crews.
High School Theatre Arts
Our high school students have a variety of opportunities to engage in the Theatre Arts through a myriad of elective options as well as two large yearly productions. Electives rotate annually in order to provide students with a well-rounded selection across their high school career. These include topics such as Improvisation, Intermediate Acting, Theatrical Design, and Performance Theatre. Students in the audition-based Performance Theatre class mount a full-length play each fall and a musical each spring.
