David Schenk

Director of Athletics

David's Bio

David Schenk was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina and joined Trinity Academy as Director of Athletics in 2008. Coach Schenk has a M.B.A. from Campbell University and a B.S. in Sports Management from North Carolina State University. David has been married to his wife, Jenn, since 2005. They have three children (Sutton, Noah and Samuel).

“I am honored and humbled to serve as the Director of Athletics at Trinity Academy. Sports has always played a huge role in my life and I love to see how it can transform the life of a young person in so many ways that include building character, community, confidence, but most importantly build lifelong relationships. It was through sports and the relationships that I built while growing up that helped lead me to Christ.  My prayer is that sports can help play a part in each of our students lives to help point them and others towards Christ. I love Saturday morning coffee with Jenn, hanging out with my family, competition, and any second I can get at the beach. If there is any additional way that we can serve you or your family during your time at Trinity Academy do not hesitate to reach out.     Go Tigers!”

“Hi! I’m Casey! My favorite place to be is on a beach with a bag of Sour Patch Kids close by. I love laughing and a solid power nap (not at the same time). Athletics have always been a major part of my life in high school, college and now on the sidelines as I cheer for my own children.  I am honored to serve your family as you navigate the world of Athletics here at Trinity Academy. I am here to make it a fulfilling, organized experience for your family and an encouraging, God-honoring opportunity for your child. If there is anything I can do for you, I’m here to help! Proud to be a Tiger!”
