Payment Options

Trinity Academy uses the FACTS Payment Program and you may select from the following three payment options being offered for the 2020-2021 year:

  1. Pay in Full with a 2% discount – Total tuition and fees, less the 2% discount, must be received with the signed enrollment contract by 4:00 pm on Friday, February 28, 2020. Otherwise, the 2% discount will be forfeited, and the full amount of tuition, along with any applicable fees, will be charged to your account. Payment is made directly to the school.
  2. Two Pay Plan – Total family tuition and fees are divided by two. The first payment, paid directly to the school, is due February 28, 2020. The second payment is due on or before August 1, 2020 and is also paid directly to the school. You will receive a reminder email in July 2020.
  3. Ten-Month Payment Plan through FACTS – A $400 FACTS payment fee is added to the total family tuition and fees, and this number is divided by 10. The first monthly payment is paid directly to the school and is due by check or money order and submitted with the re-enrollment contract by February 28, 2020. The remaining nine monthly payments will be drafted on the 5th of each month beginning on April 6, 2020. Automatic bank draft is required through FACTS; you will be contacted with details and instructions in order to complete the FACTS payment agreement. An annual processing fee of $50 will be drafted by FACTS upon setup of the FACTS agreement. NOTE: If you enroll or re-enroll your student(s) after April 2020 the number of payments is reduced to ensure that all tuition and fees are paid in full before it is time to re-enroll for the following academic (I.e. Feb. 2021).

Family Referral Tuition Credit

Trinity Academy offers any current family $1,000 for the enrollment of a new family, to be applied toward tuition. A new family will be asked how they first heard about Trinity and who invited them to an event or urged them to contact Trinity. If more than one current family has had significant influence on a new family’s enrollment, the amount will be divided evenly between these families. For more information, please contact an Admissions Counselor.

Financial Assistance

Trinity Academy offers financial assistance. If you would like to apply please visit this LINK. Financial assistance awards are based on an objective third party assessment of a family’s demonstrated need. Awards do not generally exceed fifty percent of the tuition amount. Only those applications for financial assistance that are received by January 24, 2020 at 4:00pm will be considered in the first round of awards. Admissions decisions and financial assistance awards are made separately. Financial assistance funds are limited and may not be available to all admitted students.

**Please note for newly applying students: an application for admission must be submitted before a financial assistance application is reviewed.

Other potential sources of financial assistance include the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority’s Opportunity Scholarships http://www.ncseaa.edu/OSG.htm and Disability Grants http://www.ncseaa.edu/CDSG.htm. Please follow the links to determine if you qualify for these grants.
