Wendy Jackson
Berkshire Hathaway HS YSU Realty
Wendy is a full-time residential real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HS YSU Realty in Raleigh. She is a Cary native, graduated from Cary High School and then North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Communication/Public Relations in 1996. She grew up around new home construction, as her grandfather was a local builder, McLaurin Builders.
Wendy joined what was then, York Properties in 1998. She was the Vice President of Relocation Services and Exceptional Homes and Estates for York Simpson Underwood (until the birth of her daughter Lauren in 2007). Wendy was instrumental in creating what Berkshire Hathaway HS YSU’s luxury program is today.
Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and daughter Lauren (Class of 2026), traveling to Europe and the beach, cooking and entertaining family and friends. Her family attends Colonial Baptist Church in Cary, where Wendy is a Charter Member.
