VOLUNTEER

As grandparents, we believe we can offer our time and talents in various ways to support teachers, students and staff.  Opportunities to volunteer are varied and include the following:

  • Classroom helpers (reading, field trips, etc.)
  • Spring Fling Second Empire Classic volunteers
  • Classroom Presenters (subject matter experts)
  • Baked Goods Bakers (Board lunches with Senior Class and Baking for Blessings Day for faculty/staff)

Visit this “Skill Set Survey” to see the full array of volunteer opportunities and to let us know how you can help. You can also send an email to gps@trinitycademy.com to let us know you are interested in any of these areas of service.

VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT

Meet Jane and Woody Woodward – Trinity Grandparents

Jane and Woody have 4 grandchildren at Trinity – Class of 2022, Class of 2024, Class of 2026 and 2028. Although they are not new to Trinity, Jane and Woody are new to the school lunch kitchen crew this year. They always have a warm smile and a friendly greeting for students.

Meet Mary Poole

A beloved 3rd grade at teacher for many years, Mary is now retired and volunteering her time with the Trinity Grandparent Society in multiple ways. She helps in our lunch room but also teaches information sessions for grandparents to learn more about the classical education their grandchildren are receiving at Trinity. Mary has a daughter who graduated from Trinity and now has two grandchildren enrolled at Trinity (Class of 2032 and 2035).
